Customer Service Representative - Technical Support Technical CSRs analyze and rectify customer concerns and complaints using established procedures and company guidelines and respond to customer requests and questions regarding service, products, and account information.  Horticulture or related experience required. Knowledge of hydroponics and/or conventional gardening practices, soil structure, plant structure, pests and diseases, and fertilizers and amendments required.  Must be computer literate and have excellent communications skills. Customer Service Representative - Office Clerk Part time position in the financial department includes filing, data entry, spreadsheet maintenance, and other duties as assigned.  Must be familiar with ten-key, general office equipment, filing systems, and be able to type 45 wpm.  Must be honest, reliable, dependable, accurate, have good proof-reading skills, attention to detail, be computer literate, and be able to maintain confidentiality. Full-time, entry-level positions require repetitive heavy lifting and standing for long periods of time. Duties include packaging product, sealing product, and palletizing product. Local Sales Representative The Sales Representative is responsible for covering the local hydroponics and mainstream markets.  Qualified candidates will have a combined experience of at least 3 years in the hydroponics and mainstream garden industries as a sales representative, in retail sales, or both, and must possess knowledge of hydroponics growing systems, hydroponics and mainstream garden practices and methods, plant life cycles, plant structure, plant diseases, soil structure and pests.  Must have excellent communication and presentation skills, be trustworthy, able to self-manage and prioritize, and be a team player. Must have current drivers license and a clean DMV record. Outside Sales Representatives Join our Team and help us grow! We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Outside Sales Representatives with a focus on either the hydroponics industry and/or the mainstream garden industry. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills are a must. Frequent travel required. Must have current driver license and clean driving record. Outside Sales Representative — Hydroponics Qualified candidates will have 3-4 years of experience in the hydroponics industry as an outside sales representative, in retail sales, or both, and must possess knowledge of hydroponics growing systems, practices and methods, plant life cycles, plant structure, plant diseases and pests.
